Service Description

Investing in yourself goes a long way. By choosing Ginto, a Tagalog word for "Gold", expect to work with PT professionals with a wide range of clinical experiences and qualifications. These therapists are used to serving clients with high regard for individualized care. A stable internet connection, a fast electronic device and ample space to move should be secured prior to the session. Family members, private nurses or caregivers are encouraged to be present during the first session. English is the default medium of communication, unless otherwise specified. Please freely inform your PT if you prefer Taglish or Tagalog. Zoom is the preferred platform for service delivery, however you are encouraged to inform the therapist on before your first session if you are more comfortable with Viber or Messenger. TAGALOG Walang katumbas ang pamumuhunan sa ating sarili. Sa pagpili ng Ginto Program, mga propesyonal sa PT na may malawak na karanasan ang mangangalaga sa inyo. Kailangan ang mabilis na internet, gadget at sapat na espasyo. Hinihikayat na may tagapag-alaga na kasama ng pasyente sa unang sesyon. Ang meeting ay gagawin sa Zoom. Kung mas komportable sa Viber o Facebook Messenger, maaari din itong gamitin.

Cancellation Policy

TAGALOG Para po sa pagcancel ng session ninyo, maaaari po itong gawin 24 oras bago ang schedule upang maiwasan ang pagka-forfeit ng session ninyo o magbayad ng cancellation fee na 50% ng bayad sa session. BISAYA Ang pag kanselar kay mabuhat baynte kwatro ka oras (24 hours) sa dili pa inyong schedule aron paglikay sa pagkuha sa inyong pre-paid na sesyon o pagbayad ug katunga (50%) sa presyo sa sesyon. ENGLISH Cancellations may be done 24 hours before the schedule to avoid forfeiture of your pre-paid session or being charged 50% of the session's fee.
